This waterfront home is the perfect destination for those seeking a relaxing vacation in a secluded area surrounded by breathtaking views of the sea and turquoise waters.

The house is located as a beachfront home right across from Isola Rossa with direct access to the sea and a large, private, beautiful garden with sun loungers and hammocks in the shade of the trees.

You also have access to the private beach club Le Cannelle, where only members can join. Here we have two sunbeds that you can use.

The space
At the entrance, the striking sea view and the beautiful lawn attract your attention. The living room, carefully furnished with a mix of Balinese and Italian inspiration, is located under a lovely porch. Here, full-wall glass windows allow guests to have a constant view of the lovely outdoor spaces. This living area is also air conditioned and the glass panels can be opened as they are sliding. With wooden beams on the ceiling contrasting with the white walls of the beach house, the cozy ambiance sets the tone for a relaxing home away from home.

A fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher and all the necessary cookware and utensils is located just across from the living and dining area.

Moving inward are the first two bedrooms, each equipped with a large double bed. These two rooms share a large bathroom with a glass shower (the bathroom was just renovated in 2020). These two bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The 3rd room, part of a living area that can be enclosed, has 2 single beds (which cannot be moved). Here, if you wish to have air conditioning you must leave the sliding door ajar to receive air conditioning from the living area.
The fourth room, the large master bedroom, has a large double bed and a private bathroom. This room is air conditioned.

All bedrooms are equipped with new truss mattresses and feather or memory foam pillows. All bedding and towels are made of good quality cotton and provided.

There is also another small room with a private bathroom suitable only for a janitor. There is no air conditioning in this room, only a fan.

Outside is the real added value of the property with over 300 square meters of grassy lawn and a truly breathtaking view of the red island and the sea.
Equipped with outdoor four-poster beds, hammocks and a full dining area under a porch, the space is a dream come true. With breathtaking views of the coastline, there is an outdoor bathroom with hot water shower area at the end of the garden. Next to it is a wooden terrace for sunbathing in total privacy. From here, a Mediterranean path with pine trees and rosemary bushes leads to the second sections of the garden consisting of a more secluded and shady garden with beautiful trees, hammocks, and dining area under the trees. In this garden a large 4x4-meter Indonesian carved canopy bed is a perfect space for meditation or reading.

A barbecue is provided for.

From outside the garden, the path descends to the sea. The last part of this path consists of steep steps that lead to a beautiful area of flat rocks that form natural saltwater pools. You can also walk along these rocks to reach the spouts beach in 5 minutes. This is a small pebble beach where there is a beach club of which we are members so by extension our guests can also use it.

Access for guests
A car is needed to reach the property as there is no public transportation available.
Our house and garden will be for your exclusive use. You have two parking spaces inside the accommodation.

Other things to keep in mind
CORNWALK VILLA

This house is part of a huge private villa called 'The Cornwall' that has been divided into six luxury apartments each with its own private outdoor space. Although this property is very spacious, you have neighbors to respect.
This area is exclusive with other villas along the coast. It is located in a residential area in the bay of "Le Cannelle" right in front of the beautiful Isola Rossa (Red Island) as the sun sets right here. The nearest town is Porto Santo Stefano 15 minutes away by car.

BEACH CLUB

In the Cannelle Beach (walking distance from the house up the rocky coast) there is a small beach club reserved for members with a small cafe, restaurant, and beautiful seawater pool. This is open only during the summer months, generally from mid-June to mid-September. Access to the pool is not free (average one-day pass of 10 euros per person). Access to the beach club is free and we have two sunbeds that you can use.
